Heartland Fiduciary Services started life as Corridor Care Management in March of 2013.  Over time we have grown from a two person small business to an agency with 7 employees.  As the business grew, so did our services.  In 2017, we updated our name to reflect that we now provide a full range from substitute decision making services.  We are based in Coralville, but serve most of central Iowa including the Polk County Metro, Waterloo, the Quad Cities, and south central Iowa including Burlington, Fairfield and Ottumwa.
